We are in the business of saving the futures of our children. Over the past twenty years, an alarming number of teenagers and young adults have turned their backs on God and the values that were once present in past generations. It is our prayer that through our series of books, we can play an important role in putting God first in the lives of today's children. We realize that positive Godly influences have to be given to our children at a very young age to build an early foundation that is lasting. That is the primary purpose of Heavens Helpful Critters.

Several years ago our founder, Joe Goodson, saw a need to help young children build a strong spiritual foundation that would lead them to a life lasting relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This came from seeing countless stories in the media of teenagers using drugs, guns, and committing other violent acts, along with many young adults heading to prison.

After much prayer, Joe discovered the Lord was directing him to author a series of books that would teach young children how much God loves them, and the importance of making sound moral decisions.

This resulted in the creation of Heavens Helpful Critters, a series of books that feature two fictional characters named Zoomie the Zionosaurus and his friend Popper. Zoomie and Popper, along with some other fictional characters, use passages from the Bible stated in terms that young children can understand, to teach them all about the wonderful love of Jesus and how important it is to live our lives in a Christ like manner.

It is Joe's hope that these books will build a strong moral foundation in young children that will be life lasting and draw them close to God. We hope you find these books useful in helping your children develop a close relationship with our Lord.
